Guiding you on this transformative journey is Sahar Bentabet. She is experienced in sound healing, Art therapy, energy work and meditation & Mindfulness. She trained for several years with Buddhist monks which provided her with a solid foundation to guide individuals and groups through transformative journeys for personal growth and awareness. Sahar has been teaching since 2016, offering sessions, workshops and retreats to promote inner peace and healing, bringing a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and passion to every session. Nurtured since childhood by spirituality, music and poetry, she weaves together ancient wisdom and creative expression creating a safe and inclusive space for growth, connection, and transformation.
